10 minutes walk from Barnstaple town center With parking on private drive.. Very quiet location..
Sorry no pets, or couples ( however .I do allow residents occasional guests ie, friends /partners down for the weekend etc)

10 minute walk from town center. 10 minute drive/30 min walk to Barnstaple hospital.

Non smoking/vaping inside with outdoor smoking area.
Good views across Barnstaple and the devon hills.
