2 Double rooms available

I currently have 2 double rooms available in Barnstaple. Both rooms are furnished, one has views of the river Yeo the other is large and a great space.
I am a live in landlord but live in a separate part of the house. The 2 rooms share one bathroom.
The house is close to pilton park, 10 minute walk to the town centre and 15 minute walk to the hospital.
I have a decked back garden that is a sun trap and over looks the river.

*I’m open to someone taking on both rooms at a discount, this would give you a bathroom to yourself, I would be happy to negotiate a deal for this*

As this my home, I like to keep it clean and tidy. I have a cleaner every 2 weeks.
I do have a couple rules, which I’m strict on but other than that I’m easy going and relaxed. I like a nice peaceful atmosphere.
This would not suit anyone thinking they can have parties or people/friends coming and going. I like to travel so I would have to be able to trust my house mates to take care of the place.
