I'm looking for a lodger who is respectful, quiet, professional, clean and tidy. I'll be doing a mixture of working from home and travelling to Gloucestershire for work. They'll be times when you have the whole house to yourself for several days at a time. Please be aware I work from home on the days I'm not travelling for work, often working into the evenings from the dining room.
Located within walking distance to Barnstaple town centre and all of its amenities.
Outside is a paved garden area which has been landscaped by the previous landlords, very recently decorated by myself and is considered to be a suntrap.
The property has been the subject of considerable expenditure by the previous tenants and most rooms have recently undergone redecorating by myself and is in superb order throughout.
