Our top floor flat in our family home consists of one double bedroom, a kitchen-dinner room and a shower room. Situated in Newport Barnstaple. 10 minute walk from the town. All bills included.

Please note that it doesn't have a built in oven or hobb but our current lodger uses an air fryer and other devices for cooking without any trouble. (But if you absolutely love cooking it's probably not the right fit for you)
