Rent includes council tax and all utility bills (except food and telephone). Available for short or long let. Rent £140 a week can be paid weekly, fortnightly or monthly in advance. 2 weeks deposit and references required.

Quiet and calm environment for shift workers. Easy walk to town centre, close to supermarkets and bus route. Parking available outside.
