I have a lovely Loft Room with a view of Bideford (best view in the house) available for a lodger. It is 5 min walk from town centre, close to shops, cafes, restaurants, take aways, bars. Close to industrial estates. Easy access to busses on the quayside. Co-op, Morrisons, Asda, Tesco’s, Lidl & Aldi close by.

5 min walk to the SW coastal path
10 min drive to the lovely Westward Ho! beech, Appledore, Instow beech.

Shared kitchen, dining room and bathroom.
Loft room: Double bed, wardrobe, bedside table with drawers, desk, lamp, TV.

I would welcome a responsible, friendly lodger who can clean and tidy up after themselves. Working professional preferred ideally who is out at work not working from home(negotiable). Longer term let ideally, short term lets will be considered. References required.

I am an NHS professional and a plumber part-time. It’s a chilled house with a friendly vibe. I share the house with a friendly rescue cat who is quite sociable.
