Lovely Loft Room with Estuary view

I have a lovely Loft Room with a view of Bideford (best view in the house) available for a lodger. It is 5 min walk from town centre, close to shops, cafes, restaurants, take aways, bars. Close enough to industrial estates but not too close. Easy access to busses on the quayside. Co-op, Morrisons, Asda, Tesco’s, Lidl & Aldi close by.

5 min walk to the South West Coastal Path
10 min drive to the lovely Westward Ho! beech, Appledore, Instow beech.

Shared kitchen, dining room and bathroom.
Loft room: Double bed, wardrobe, bedside table with drawers, desk, lamp, TV.

I would welcome a friendly & responsible lodger who can clean and tidy up after themselves. Working professional preferred. Longer term let ideally, short term lets will be considered. References required.

I am an NHS professional. It’s a chilled house with a friendly vibe. I share the house with a friendly rescue cat who is quite sociable.
