Room in a chalet bungalow in a quiet part of Braunton, shared with Female home owner who is retired and another female lodger who is working, Shared lounge, Shared bathroom with shower with other lodger, lovely garden, parking on drive, 5 minutes walk to village centre, and just a few minutes in a car to Saunton Beach. On a very good bus route. All bills included with internet. I am looking for a professional female, non smoker fully employed with references. It is a very relaxed house, very friendly atmosphere.
