Private attic rooms in family home female lodgers

Two private single attic rooms in lovely Victorian family home. Very convenient for Brixham Hospital, one minute walk. Close to fire station also. We are looking for two female lodgers for our multigenerational family home.
Those living in the house consists of myself, my two children: three and six - one girl, one boy, and my mother.
We previously had two lovely nurses lodging with us who each stayed with us for one year, before being promoted at work and the other starting her own family. It worked very well with their schedule and our schedule, so we are looking for a similar professional who is happy living around small children.
In both rooms is a single bed, full length mirror, bedside drawers, armchair, window, table with chair and hanging rail. We are art students and have family visit time to time and we are also mostly vegetarian.
If we only one lodger, at times we will have Air B and B guests.
One room is available now, one will be available on Monday 14th September.
Ideally we are looking for one to two years, assuming that the set up works really well both ways.
We consider ourselves friendly and a safe place to live, providing a home from a home environment to be comfortable in. Depending on length of stay, we can consider a discounted rate. If you are interested in the room, please get in touch!
