Searching female lodger for family home

Private single room in lovely Victorian family home. Very convenient for Brixham Hospital, one minute walk. We are looking for a female lodger for our multigenerational family home. Those living in the house consists of myself, my two children: three and six - one girl, one boy, and my mother. We have had two lovely nurses lodging with us in the past who each stayed with us for one year. It worked very well with their schedule and our schedule, we are looking for a similar professional who is happy living around small children. We have a second room for a lodger that may be ready soon also. In your room is a single bed, full length mirror, bedside drawers, armchair, window, dressing table with chair and hanging rail. We are art students and have family visit time to time, we are also mostly vegetarian.
This room will be available from the 21st of August, we really are looking for the right person who we are a really good fit for and who is a really good fit for us. Ideally looking for one to two years, assuming that it works really well both ways. We consider ourselves friendly and a safe place to live, providing a home from a home environment to be comfortable in. If you are interested in the room, please get in touch!
