Searching female lodger for family home

Ground floor single room in lovely Victorian family home. Very convenient for Brixham Hospital, one minute walk. We are looking for a female lodger for our multigenerational family home. Those living in the house consists of myself, my two children: two and five - one girl, one boy, and my mother. We have had two lovely nurses lodging with us in the past who each stayed with us for one year. It worked very well with their schedule and our schedule, we are looking for a similar professional who is happy living around small children there are no other lodgers in the house, it will just be you. In your room will be a single bed, full length mirror, chest of drawers, large armchair, bay window, desk with chair and hanging rail. We are mostly vegetarian so would prefer someone who is also not a meat eater. This room will be available from the 1st of January, we really are looking for the right person who we are a really good fit for and there’s a really good fit for us. Ideally looking for one to 2 years, assuming that it works really well both ways. We consider ourselves friendly and a safe place to live, providing a home from a home environment to be comfortable in. If you are interested in the room, please get in touch!
