Seeking Two Lovely Lodgers, For Family Home

Hello!!
My twin sister (Becky, 37), myself (Shelley, 37), my niece (8), Indi the bouncy standard poodle (1), are looking for two lodgers in our family home. We have two furnished double lodger rooms available from mid August.

We are both artists and have interests in nature, herbalism, alternative healing, meditation, literature, animals and generally trying to find ways of nurturing each other and the world around us :) We are looking for two lodgers to share our home, who are happy to live in a busy family environment. Luckily, there is a lot of space in the house and the rooms are a really decent size, so it will be easy to have your own space.

The first room is very large with a sofa, desk/chair, wardrobe and a double bed. The second room (which is being re-furnished, so may be different from pics) is a bit smaller and will have a double bed, wardrobe, and will also fit a desk/chair if desired. Both rooms have access to a shared bathroom, which is mainly used by the lodgers as Becky and I have our own upstairs.

The new lodgers will have use of the shared spaces: kitchen, living room, courtyard garden, bathroom and downstairs toilet.

Becky and do I like being sociable, sharing meals, but also value our own space, so ideally new lodgers will be up for the same sort of balance. But we are equally happy to live with people who just like to do their own thing. We want people who are happy to muck in with a few shared household chores (although we have a cleaner every two weeks to do a deep clean of communal areas).

We also have friends/family to visit/stay fairly regularly. We would be happy for the new lodgers to bring friends/partners around as long as it is okayed with us. Also, we are up for discussing pets, but they would have to get on with ours. Couples are welcome to apply, but you will need to take a room each.
