Large double room for 1 lodger in family home

Hello!!
My twin sister (Becky, 39), myself (Shelley, 39), my niece (11), Indi the standard poodle, and 2 friendly cats are looking for a lodger to join our family home. We have one furnished, very large, double room available form the end of February. we are currently in the process of refurnishing it a bit for improvements, so will be a little different from the pictures. We would consider applicants with some of their own furniture at this point.

The room currently has a double bed with storage space underneath, wardrobe, chest of draws, sofa, and desk with a chair. It could easily also fit a coffee table and another set of draws if needed.

The new lodger will also have use of the shared spaces: kitchen, music room/lounge area courtyard garden, main bathroom and downstairs toilet. The main bathroom is predominatly used by our lodgers as we have our own toilet an shower upstairs, but we do occasionally use the bath.

We are both artists and have interests in nature, herbalism, alternative healing, meditation, yoga, literature, animals and generally trying to find ways of nurturing each other and the world around us :). We have been welcoming lodgers into our home for over 3 years now, with great success, and and have really enjoyed, making friends and getting to know different kinds of people.

We are looking for a lodger to share our home, who is happy to live in a family environment. We like to be social, but also value our own space, so ideally new lodgers will be up for the same sort of balance. Luckily, the house is very spacious, with large rooms throughout and built over 3 floors, so it easy to find space and sanitary in a very un cramped environment.

We are looking for someone who is happy to muck in with a few shared household chores, like keeping communal areas clean and tidy and doing the recycling, however we do have a cleaner once a week to do a deep clean of communal areas. This is included in the price. This has been a wonderful support to us. It's just great to know that some of the bases are always covered, freeing everyone up to live a bit more easily.
