We are a family of three with a large, light, lovely double room to rent in our house in Chudleigh.
You will have full share of the house including our lovely living room, kitchen, bathroom and small front and back gardens. There is ideal residential parking just outside.
We live a quiet life and would be looking for someone who enjoys keepings things quiet and gentle at home.
Chudleigh is a great little town with excellent access to Exeter (and a little further Plymouth) as well as the moors, the beach at Teignmouth and Supermarkets just 10 minutes away in Newton Abbot.
We're open to different renting options, short term, long term, Mon-Fri etc.. so get in touch and we'll see what works for everyone.
