Room in beautiful thatched cottage

i am looking for a quiet lodger who wants to live in a home that values kindness, harmony, peace and well being.
I live with a 14 year old lovely son half the time who also loves Lord of Rings, Football, Chris MD and Skylanders!
i am a choir leader and also a writer, a teacher and a OneSpirit interfaith Minister. Spiritual awakening is at the heart of my life. I love everything from mystical Christianity to Buddhist enlightenment. For me it is the same thing actually! I have a regular (meditative) Sangha group coming here once a fortnight, when possible.
Ideally I am looking for a lodger that is resonant with that and also will take care of this home with me to keep it beautiful and clean and enjoyable to be in.
There is a beautiful garden to enjoy and the kitchen/conservative and bathroom are AMAZING warm, well designed rooms. Your room also is spacious with 2 windows and lovely oak block floor. Recently decorated and also furnished.
A kind person is really important to myself and my son in our home and also someone who perhaps wants to share in some shared cooking perhaps.

Lovely spacious characterful ground floor room/bedsit in a stunningly beautiful thatched house in Crediton, Devon.
The room has a single bed and sofa bed and bookcase and set of drawers and bedside drawers and a lamp. Shared beautiful bathroom and kitchen, overlooking attractive garden. Landlady with 14 year old son. Kitchen use fine for cooking and eating meals and storing food but not to use as a living room as I tend to spend a lot of time in that kitchen/conservatory area
It is stated in the contract that cleaning of the shared areas is shared The property is full of character with oak block floor and original Windows.
Handy for town/shops and buses and trains very easily accessible. Would like a quiet well mannered respectful easy going tenant.
Loud music would not be appreciated generally as I do like peace and quiet and earphones are good!
Need to be able to get on with people and teenage boy also
