We have a comfortable double room on the lower ground floor with a shower room, shared separate living/dining room (with TV) and kitchen. We have a large garden with the odd glut of fruit and veg to share! There is on road parking.

We are a semi-retired professional couple and both hold enhanced DBS certificates.

Wifi and bills are included, with shared access to a washing machine and tumble dryer.

We are within easy reach of both a bus stop and train station, with regular transport links to Exeter. By car Crediton is only 8 miles from County Hall and Hospital Sites in Exeter. It’s also convenient for travel to Tiverton, Okehampton and Barnstaple.

Our recent tenant has moved into their own home after 5 years with us. We are freshening up the paintwork and flooring (so current pictures will be updated soon). We are looking to find a new tenant in the New Year.
