The Location: The home is in Willand village near Cullompton, Mid Devon. It is 2 miles away from Tiverton Parkway station, with trains travelling into Paddington, taking approximately 2 hours. There is also a bus service to Exeter / Taunton.
There is use of a car if you have a driver's licence.

The room available – double bedroom with ensuite, study desk, chest of drawers, wardrobes. Private use of a second room for use as an office or livingroom with patio and seating area.

The ideal lodger:
The retired lady is looking for a lodger who will be happy to provide 8-12 hours of weekly support, cooking 3-4 evening meals and support with feeding chickens, in exchange of affordable accommodation (supported by Share my Home). There is a use of a car if needed.

The ideal lodger will be a lady/man over the age of 30 years
Will suit a mature student or working professional. The previous lodger was working in a local school and another lodger worked from home. For the last 18 months there was a couple who were lodgers. The recent lodger is moving out owing to her own ill health.
A lodger with a dog or cat is really welcome.

Bills:
-£255 per month (which includes all bills, rent, subscription to Share my Home) There are no other charges making this very affordable.
