Hi myself and my teenage daughter live in Dartington just up from the Cott Inn, 25 min walk to Totnes/ train station. Bus links to Totnes. We have rented a room out in our family home for the past 13 years and our lodger room is available again from the 24th September as our current lodger is moving to Newton Abbot. We are looking for a female student or professional to rent it

Shared bathroom
This would suit a 18- 40 year old lady who works or studies away from home during the day.
Looking for someone clean and tidy who clears up in the bathroom and kitchen areas as they go.
