We're looking for a female lodger to come and stay with me and my 14 year old daughter. We live in Dartington village near the Cott Inn. Parking available. Also easy walking distance to Totnes. Looking for someone who works away from home (for the right person working from home but as bills would be higher there would be an increase in weekly rent) or is a full time student and is clean and tidy. £500 deposit and references required.
