Fantastic Historic House in Centre of Town

We are looking for an easy-going, responsible person to join us in our lovely historic house in Dartmouth. The house is full of character and right in the centre of this stunning yachting town. Foss Street, with its art galleries and unique shops, is right on your doorstep and the river is three minutes walk away.

The room is on the second floor of the house, has a bay window with great views down Foss Street, some original features and is a good size with a double bed, and plenty of storage and hanging space for clothes.

The kitchen is on the ground floor and is fully equipped with dining table and chairs, cooker, fridges, freezer, washing machine and tumble drier. There is a small courtyard off the kitchen, which is a great place to sit and listen to the sounds of Dartmouth.

On the first floor there are two modern bathrooms with toilets, basins and good sized showers. The showers are plumbed into a megaflow system giving a terrific pressure. There is an additional toilet downstairs on the ground floor. The house is very warm even in winter with full double glazing and gas central heating (included in rent) and radiators in every room. Electricity is on a meter and is approximately £30 per month.

The rent includes heating, council tax (band B), water rates and broad band wireless internet. The contract is very flexible with just one month’s notice if you need to move elsewhere.
