It’s a relaxed, warm home rather than just somewhere to sleep. I’m a chatty, adventurous “let’s go out”… followed by a “right, I’m having a nap” kind of person. 😂

* Has common sense when it comes to cleanliness (no cleaning rota… we’re all adults! 😉)
* Is happy to treat the place like home rather than just renting a room.
* Doesn’t mind lending a hand with the garden now and then (usually battling the world’s most determined ivy! 🌿).

… Oh… and there’s a BBQ sitting outside that’s looking increasingly offended because nobody’s ever actually used it. 🍔☀️
