I am currently sorting a large double room near Dawlish town centre, which would accommodate a working professional, this should be ready before the end of October.

The house is 8 minutes walk from the train station, bus stops, beach and local shops.
Shared living room, kitchen, dining room and bathroom with a shower over the bath - with additional separate toilet.
Fully fitted kitchen and utility room.
Free parking is available nearby or a paid carpark. There is parking to the rear of the property but the access is tight!

Single professional male preferred. No smoking / vaping inside the property please.
