I’m Ola, and I’m looking for a lodger to share my beautifully renovated, 3-bedroom home in Devonport. It’s a lovely home that’s perfect for someone who enjoys a calm and tidy living space.

Here’s a little about the place:
Location: Close to City College Plymouth, Babcock, and Princess Yachts, making it a prime spot for professionals. The bus stop is just a short walk away for easy commuting.

The Space: The flat is spread over two floors (feels like a house), with a spacious kitchen (including a dining area with chairs) and a comfortable living room that opens to a balcony. There’s also a cloakroom downstairs and a full bathroom upstairs. Your bedroom is generously sized with a double bed and lots of storage space (massive wardrobe, under the bed storage, chest of draws).

Atmosphere: I’m a working professional who works a lot, enjoys reading and practicing yoga, so while I’m sociable, I value a peaceful environment. I’m looking for a like-minded working professional. The pictures might not capture its true essence, so feel free to contact me for a viewing and a chat. Ensuring mutual happiness and compatibility is crucial, considering we'll be sharing the same roof.

🌱 I keep the place harsh chemical-free (no harsh cleaners here, as I have allergies!).
🌿 Smoking is allowed on the balcony, but not inside the house.
🌸 All bills are included.
🔒 Your room has a lock for extra privacy and security (I know how important that is!).

Please note: This space is ideal for people with a full-time job – unfortunately, I can’t accommodate those working from home full-time or those who are unemployed.
