I'm Ola, and I'm on the lookout for a lodger for my recently renovated 3-bedroom, 2-floor flat in Devonport, conveniently close to City College Plymouth, Babcock, and Princess Yachts. The bus stop is just minutes away, making commuting a breeze.

The flat boasts a spacious kitchen with a dining area, complete with a set of chairs. The living room opens up to a balcony, creating a welcoming atmosphere. Downstairs, there's a convenient cloakroom, and upstairs, you'll find a full bathroom. The bedroom is big and has a very comfy double bed, and plenty of storage within the room too.

A bit about me – I'm a quiet individual who spends a lot of time working. I enjoy reading and practising yoga, so while I'm sociable and outgoing, I'm not a wild party person. I'm seeking preferably a female but would consider a male; working professional who values a tranquil and tidy living space. Smoking is allowed on the balcony, but not inside the house.

My home is cosy and has a unique charm, as it's my first house, and I'm putting in effort to make it as lovely as possible. The pictures might not capture its true essence, so feel free to contact me for a viewing and a chat. Ensuring mutual happiness and compatibility is crucial, considering we'll be sharing the same roof.

I prioritise a chemical-free environment due to allergies, steering clear of harsh substances like bleach. I'm open to discussing the length of stay and other details. As a woman myself, I understand the importance of safety, and I've installed locks on the doors that you can secure from inside your room for added peace of mind during sleep. All bills are included.
