Furnished double room, (wardrobe, chair, chest of drawers, lamp full size mirror and bookshelf) in a clean tidy house. Sole use of family sized bathroom. Full use of kitchen/dining room and lounge. Small garden and patio which is a great sun trap when it’s not raining! Very community based area, lots of parking available outside the house.

Sharing with a single female. I am a teacher so need a quiet house and a considerate housemate. I am a busy person who spends a lot of time out of the house but also like to have a film night in occasionally. I also have a very friendly cat called Poise so you must be okay with cats. Very chilled and easy going house, looking for someone to help pay the bills!

Rent includes all bills (council tax, gas, electricity and Fibre optic broadband). Happy to take nice friendly people who have a job/income to pay the rent.

Very close to the Dockyard, Torpoint Ferry, spitting distance to local shops, easy walk to the Royal William Yard and on a direct bus route to Derriford and city centre (or easy to walk!).
