At present there is a student staying here until June (uni year)
She is staying in the downstairs front room
I am a live in landlady.
The room available is the green room upstairs.

Florence House is a well‑kept, characterful 1930s townhouse.
You will have use of the kitchen/dining area, (not snug), garden and main bathroom.
Free parking is available nearby on Warwick Road and Sweetbrier Lane (5‑minute walk).

The room is comfortable and well‑maintained, offering a large room, including a Vi-Spring top bed and mattress.
You will need to bring your own bedding and towels.

Communal areas including the bathroom, must be clean and tidy at all times - I communicate my weekly schedule.

For the past six years, I have hosted lodgers of all ages at the property.
I have also owned a rental property and managed holiday lets, earning five-star reviews for cleanliness and hospitality.

My daughter returns home during university holidays.
