Double Room Available in Exeter- Pinhoe Area

I have a room available in my house from November 2025. I can be flexible on the dates, but the room won’t be available prior to 1st November 2025.
Viewings will start towards the end of September, based on availability.

The house is three-bedroom semi-detached with a garden and two parking spaces within the Mayfield Gardens development in Pinhoe, just a short distance from Exeter City Centre. The closest station is Pinhoe, which is just a short walk from the house, and has trains that go into Exeter in minutes, or directly to London Waterloo.

The house was built in 2021, so still very new and I am looking for someone who wants to come and treat to the house a bit of a haven away after the working day.

The house is fully furnished and downstairs, there is a good size living room, kitchen and dining area and toilet. The three bedrooms are all on the second floor, with the main bathroom having a bath and shower. The main bedroom has an en-suite.
Both of the rooms have built in mirrored wardrobes and come furnished.

The total amount is £850 per month, inclusive of bills for the en-suite room.

References and right to rent check would also be required.

I work in London and spend most of my time there so you would be sharing with one housemate the majority of the time. I use the third bedroom as my room when I am in Exeter.

To keep the balance, I’m looking for another female who works full time and wants to treat the house as a home.
