Large bedroom with high ceilings incorporating dining room area, large sized kitchen with breakfast bar and washing machine, glass roofed TV room opening onto balcony, bathroom with bath and shower. Parking in street outside house with Residents Parking Permit.
Central Exeter, 5 minutes walk to Waitrose and bus stops.

The bedroom has a king size bed, double chest of drawers, wardrobe and bedside tables with a large table that can seat up to six people.

Your kitchen is equipped with oven & grill, ceramic hob, fridge with freezer compartment and washing machine.
From the kitchen there is also the view of the back garden (which you are welcome to use with permission on special occasions i. e. for a birthday with friends to have a bbq etc).

The bathroom has an electric shower over the bathtub so you always have hot water on demand.

The glass roofed sitting room has a door that leads you to your outside balcony space with enough room for a small table and two chairs.

We are on hand in the building (we live in the basement flat) should you need anything but you are unlikely to see us as we have our own entrance at the back of the building from the basement.

Sorry - no children or pets (not even rabbits or fish or stick insects - previous disasters have sadly prevented that option for others!)

Employer reference and current/previous landlord references will be required, along with a credit check.
Minimum 6 month tenancy on an Assured Shorthold Tenancy Agreement. No restriction on the maximum length of stay.
Rent is £860 per month and deposit of £850 required before letting commences.
