We have a double room available in a nice house, from the 1st of October for 2 months.
Current occupants are Myself(Ollie, 37) and my partner(Zakieh, 37) and our lodger/housemate(Addi, 28). I'm going away for 2 months, so you would be sharing with Addi, a very friendly guy, who works at the Uni and Zakieh, who also works at the uni.
The house is located on a nice, quiet road in St Thomas, nearby local shops, Aldi and a short walk to the quay and a 15min walk to town. There is also a bus station very close by.
There is a backyard/garden and a shared lounge. All bills and broadband are included.
The room is available for 2 months and the rent is £525 per month. Both months to be paid upfront (£1050 in total)
We are looking for a friendly person, who is clean and tidy. On accepting the room, a holding deposit is required, equal to a week's rent - to hold the room in your name(it will be deducted from your rent).
