Upscale Double + Living Room In Luxury House

I am a retired professional and the sole occupant of a beautiful, fully renovated large 5-bedroom Victorian house on a quiet, safe street close to a Pinces Gardens.

I am letting an entire top floor private suite (double bedroom with living room) to one person. It has exclusive access to a large bathroom (I use the master bedroom ensuite).

Room 1. Double Bedroom: Quiet room with a double bed (all bedding provided), large built-in wardrobe, chest of drawers, chair, and lamp.

Room 2. Living Room: Bright, airy space with sofa, additional chair, desk with lamp, shelving unit, microwave, kettle, direct access to storage loft and closet containing iron and ironing board.

Room 3. Bathroom: Private refurbished bathroom with generous bath and shower, sink, LED mirror, and large storage cupboard.

You can work peacefully in various areas, enjoy space away from me, and relax in one of the three sitting rooms.

The house offers a large loft storage, a separate utility room for ironing and laundry, a large garden (stunning in warmer weather), and a locked exterior utility/bicycle shed.

Communal areas include a large kitchen and dining space with access to the utility room and garden. You will use the main kitchen for cooking, with access to the large fridge/freezer and your own separate fridge / freezer unit.

The house is a 2–4 minute walk from bus routes B, E2, A, P and Green, reaching Exeter in 15 minutes (or a 20-minute walk to the Cathedral) and the University in 25 minutes.

All bills and council tax are included (except TV licence).

Musical abilities are a plus, as the house occasionally hosts instrumentalists.
