Rooms available in beautiful, quiet house.

I’m looking for a friendly, professional or postgraduate student to rent a room for a short term let. The house is situated in a quiet area of Exeter with beautiful views over the city I am looking for somebody quiet and respectful, who will keep the house tidy and clean. The room is inclusive of all bills, including broadband. You will be sharing with one other person and possible a third room will be let next year. There are two rooms available. The room will be ready from the 1st December and available on a short term let. Option to renew may be a possibility. Would suit a post grad student, or someone on a short-mid term placement in Exeter
