I’m looking for a friendly, professional or postgraduate student to share my home. The house is situated in a quiet area of Exeter with beautiful views over the city I operate my business from here so I am looking for somebody quiet and respectful, who will keep the house tidy and clean. The room is inclusive of all bills, including broadband. You will be sharing with one other person and the landlady will be there during the day time only. There are two rooms available one with views over the city. The room will be ready from the beginning of September.
