Well located in sought after St Thomas area of Exeter - very close to the Quay and 10-15 minute walk into city centre.

My lodger of three years moved out in July as she had finished her PhD and was moving back to Turkey. She loved living here and was very sad to leave. I am now looking for a professional or PhD student to live with me.

I am a 35-year-old college teacher and live-in landlord. I have three cats and five chickens. I love gardening and nature and appreciate living in a relaxed, quiet house.

All bills are included in the price. I do not allow guests and the letting is for sole use of the ensuite bedroom and shared use of the kitchen/diner only. The other rooms are not shared. There is a shed for bikes/some storage. The rental includes use of the fridge, washing machine, and wi-fi.

The notice period is 30 days. A contract will be provided and references will be required.
