Home away from home - Single Room

Upstairs, you will find a family bathroom, and 3 bedrooms: the single bedroom and two double bedrooms.

You will have the single bedroom, it is bright and airy, furnished with a single bed, a wardrobe, blackout blinds, mirrors and 2 windows overlooking the street below. We share a family bathroom and toilet. If you have your own laptop or tablet, you will have internet access via wifi connection. Also, access to a wide variety of TV channels. We live in a very friendly and caring neighbourhood. There are gyms, sports facilities nearby. In the summer, we organise BBQs, and at Christmas we have a party. The neighbourhood has several food stores, pubs, take aways and a post office within 15min walk. The city center is 10min away by car or 20min away by bike/bus.
I have 3 young children (10, 6 & 4 year old) who live away and come to stay with me over the weekend. I am a Christian, will offer the occasional cup of coffee if you want. I would prefer to rent out to another friendly and happy individual. Expect my family to be curious about you. There is a house refresh scheduled, to replace the flooring in the corridor, living room, dinning room, hopefully, this would not be too disruptive for you. I work 1 hour away from home in a Pharmaceutical company, so I WFH Mondays and Fridays. Mi casa es su casa. 😀
