Hello ☺️ I’m looking for someone lovely to rent a double room in this 3-bed home in Cranbrook, Exeter.

The room is a spacious double with its own en-suite, and comes with a king-size bed. Other furniture can either stay or be removed depending on what suits you.

The main bathroom would be used by me, but if you ever need a bath then that’s more than okay 🛁

The house itself is modern, clean, and really well looked after — I take a lot of pride in making it feel like a calm, welcoming space.

You’d be living with just me, so it’s a nice, relaxed environment rather than a busy house share. I work from home and live quite a quiet lifestyle, focusing mainly on gym, reading and plenty of walks. I’m also really social and would love to have more of a friendship than just being housemates — think chats in the living room, the occasional wine night, and generally feeling comfortable around each other.

I’m looking for another female who would enjoy that kind of vibe — especially as the room has become available after the end of a relationship, so it would be really nice to have some positive, girly company in the house 💛

I’m very clean and tidy, and it’s important to me that whoever moves in is the same — someone who respects the space and keeps things feeling fresh and homely.

🐾 You’ll also need to be an animal lover! I have cats, and my mum’s dog occasionally stays when she’s away, so the house can be full of furry company.
