Located in the St Thomas area of Exeter with excellent transport links including buses and a short walk to St Thomas train station, and Exeter town centre (15-20 minute walk).

The house is located on a quiet residential street backing onto Cowick Barton park (including tennis courts, lovely walks and running routes). There is a small rear garden suitable to sitting out in better weather and BBQs etc.

This is a lovely family house, available for lodgers as the majority of the family have moved away due to a change of circumstances. You will be sharing with only me, and likely one or two other lodgers.

You will have full use of the house including the kitchen, bathroom, and separate downstairs toilet room.

Your room will be fully furnished with a bed and clothes storage (wardrobe/drawers etc).

The room is available from early July 2026 on a short term or longer term basis (available until at least June 2027).

All bills and broadband included.

There is on-street parking (no charges and permits not required)
