Newly Refurbished Room in Stoke Hill, Exeter. Monday - Friday only.

I have a newly refurbished first-floor two-bedroom flat in Stoke Hill, Exeter, and I’m looking for a quiet, respectful professional to rent my spare double room Monday to Friday only.

I’m a single lady, sharing my home with Bear, my 5-year-old male Labradoodle.

I’m looking for someone who enjoys a calm, clean and friendly home environment.

The flat is well located for Exeter city centre and the university:

* Bus stop directly outside (P route)
* Around a 20-minute walk into Exeter city centre
* Around a 30-minute walk to Exeter University
* Around a 20-minute walk to Polsloe Bridge train station
* Unlimited on-street parking available

The furnished double bedroom includes:

* Double bed
* Desk/dressing table
* Drawers
* Bedside table and lamp
* Wardrobe
* TV

All utility bills are included, along with Virgin broadband.

You will have use of the kitchen and shower room.

I will service/clean the bedroom fortnightly.

I like to keep my home clean, tidy and peaceful. The lounge is my own personal space, as I also work from home.

Due to the nature of my work and the confidential nature of it, this arrangement is only suitable for someone who works outside the home during the day.

This is a Monday–Friday rental only — Monday night to Friday morning.

It would ideally suit a quiet professional who works in Exeter and needs somewhere comfortable and convenient during the working week.

Please note: I will not reply to messages from anyone looking for a full-time/7-day-a-week room.

No overnight guests
