Hi everyone! I’m relocating to London for work, so my lovely furnished bedroom in our shared house is opening up from the 15th of this month.

Fully furnished bedroom (ready to move straight into).

Communal spaces: spacious shared living room, fully equipped kitchen, and shared bathroom/toilet.

Total household size: 5 people (including you).

The Housemates & Vibe:
You’ll be sharing with four friendly, considerate housemates (3 females, 1 male). Everyone is sociable and easy-going, respectful of personal space and downtime, and keeps the communal areas clean and tidy. Ideally looking for a female housemate to maintain a balanced, comfortable dynamic in the house.

Key Details:

Available: 15th October

Rent: £500 / month ( landlord to take final call )

Deposit: £200 ( landlord to take final call )

Bills: Not included (split equally among flatmates – each per month).

WiFi: Available need to pay it along with the bills
