I am looking for a new flatmate in our spacious flat in the heart of St Leonards on Magdalen Road, as I am moving away. The flat is a 5 minute walk from the city centre, the quay and RD&E.
The room is unfurnished- it has a feature fireplace, built in wardrobe space and a large, bright window. The shared living room is very big with loads of space for a desk - I currently work from home and it's a lovely workspace with lots of light and high ceilings.
The remaining housemates are Tom, Steven and Mia - all working professionals. Everyone in the flat is very considerate and friendly.
There are two bathrooms and a large shared kitchen.
