Double Room in 2 Bedroom Flat in city centre

A furnished double room is available in a two-bedroom flat in Exeter city centre, just a 2-minute walk from Exeter Bus Station and a 10-minute walk from Exeter Central Train Station.

Bills are not included in the rent and should come to around £150–£200 per month (Council Tax Band B).

The flat has a spacious shared bathroom, which you'll only be sharing with one other person, as well as a large shared living area.

You'll be sharing the flat with me. I'm a working professional (male) and work in a hybrid setting, so I'm at home on some days and in the office on others.

I'm looking for a friendly, easy-going professional who is happy to keep the flat clean and tidy. I'm pretty relaxed and don't mind music, noise or having a good time, so ideally looking for someone with a similar vibe. It would be nice to have a flatmate who feels at home rather than someone who just rents a room.

The room will be available from 4 December onwards. The landlord will carry out the usual affordability and reference checks before moving in.
