Two furnished student rooms available for the 2027/28 university academic year in a welcoming family home, approximately 10 minutes’ walk from the University of Exeter and within easy reach of Exeter city centre.

DOUBLE ROOM: £1,050 per month
SINGLE ROOM: £925 per month

ALL BILLS INCLUDED, including gas, electricity, water and Wi-Fi.

Both rooms are for single occupancy and include full use of the kitchen and all its amenities. Everything you need is already here, including plates, bowls, mugs, glasses, cutlery, pans, cooking utensils, air fryer dishwasher and everyday kitchen essentials. Towels are also provided, along with use of the washing machine and tumble dryer.

The bathroom is shared between the two students, so you will only be sharing it with one other person.

The house is home to myself, my two teenage children and our very friendly Labrador. It would particularly suit students looking for a comfortable, friendly and homely environment rather than a large student house.

I am looking for friendly, respectful and considerate students who will treat the house as their home. This is a non-smoking household.

Available for the full 2027/28 university academic year, from September 2027 until June/July 2028.
