Comfortable double room in our family home available. Room has new king size bed & large built in wardrobe. Large, shared family bathroom and additional downstairs loo. There’s a desk in separate study room you’d be welcome to use.
House is in Higher St Thomas. Great bus links but also walking distance into town. On street parking with no permit needed, beautiful views, very peaceful. We have a lovely big garden, a friendly cat and a mostly friendly 10 yr old! We’re both Exeter graduates, now teachers. Guardian readers, spend lots of our free time on Dartmoor/at the beach. We don’t have a TV or a TV licence. All other bills included.
