Double room/flat, 1-6 wks (1 Sept-10 Nov)

Double room with double bed and wardrobe in a friendly home, I will not reside there - just occasional visit to collect items from other room.
Room currently painted hence no picts but can view and send asap.

Short stay only as selling. The rent is inclusive of all bills:
Single occupancy: £180 per week
Couples: £200 per week

Located in a quiet side street its a short walk to river Exe and quayside (15mins walk) and City Centre is 25mins walk.

- Some bedding and towels provided.
- Kitchen equipment and utensils available to use.
- free parking outside the flat.

No guests allowed.
