Double room, Higher Barley Mount, Exeter

I'm looking for a second housemate for my place in Exwick, approx 30mins walk from town or 10mins on bus with bus stop right outside the house. Plenty on street parking if you drive.

Room has a double bed, large wardrobe, small desk and chair, and a small chest of drawers.

You'd be living with me and my housemate Tom, both pretty sociable and enjoy the outdoors- climbing, cycling, hiking etc. It's a pretty chill house, neither of us are fussy about much, it's up and down with tidiness, and we have a cleaner come every 2 weeks. We'd like to find someone who treats the place as a home and is keen to interact a little, it's a friendly house.

Large living room with a big sofa, garden, nice kitchen also with a place to sit and everything you could need to cook. All bills are included, with high speed Wi-fi.
