Higher Barley Mount, Exeter, all bills included

I'm looking for a housemate in my 3-bed house in Exwick. The room has a large wardrobe (or chest of drawers and clothes rail, your choice), double bed and desk, and there's storage available elsewhere too. There's also a spare double bedroom which you'd be welcome to make use of if you have occasional visitors. Or you can live in that one if you prefer it!

I'm 38, work in the daytime, and if not chilling at home enjoy bouldering/climbing, running, cycling and squash. Would be good to share with someone with similar interests, but most importantly just someone friendly and easygoing. Ideally you'll be able to provide a reference from a previous landlord or housemate.

House has a large living room with a big sofa, garden (with vegetable planter!), and a nice kitchen with seating and everything you could need to cook. All bills are included, with high speed Wi-fi and Virgin TV with TNT sports.
