Higher Barley Mount, Exeter, all bills included

I'm looking for a housemate in my 3-bed house in Exwick. I only want one housemate, so you'd have a choice of two rooms, both pictured. Most likely the larger one, as it has a large wardrobe and desk, then the other will be a spare room, good for visitors!

As it would just be the two of us, I'm keen to find a housemate I can get on with well and doesn't want to lock themselves away in their room. Not looking for a new best friend but a sociable type would be good. I'm 37, mostly work mon-fri 9-5, and if not chilling at home enjoy bouldering, squash, climbing, cycling, beers.

House has a large living room with a big sofa, garden (with vegetable planter!), nice kitchen also with a place to sit and everything you could need to cook. All bills are included, with high speed Wi-fi.
