Double room in quiet friendly Exeter Victorian hou

Hello ☺️

I have a double room (single bed) to let Mon to Fri in my friendly, peaceful home. *I'm getting lots of enquiries saying people will go out at the weekend. That is not a Monday to Friday let. This is for people who have a home elsewhere and travel for work or business and therefore need accommodation in the area*

Shared living space and bathroom with myself and a fostered sweet but timid cat.

My main work is at the hospital - a 10 min cycle or 20(ish) min walk. I work in alternative/complimentary therapies alongside this. Easy access to M5, airport and buses and a 3 min walk to Polsloe Bridge train station with easy access to Exeter St Davids (noise not a problem). I have a garage but currently used for bikes and camping bits. On street parking is now permitted but easily sorted and £30 annually.

I have a small garden that has been mostly used for growing veg and herbs plus small decked area so room to sit or do a little yoga but not much else.

A bit about me to see if I meet your criteria :) - I like walking, swimming, outdoor pursuits, health, wellbeing and alternative therapies and lead a fairly peaceful existence - I like/need night time z's, start work fairly early and am currently studying outside of work so a lark rather than a night owl and someone respectful of this and who also enjoys the quiet. Would suit working professional.
