The room itself benefits from lots of storage space with access to attic and garage space. All communal areas of the house are shared.

The house benefits from being very close to the estuary cycle track with easy access to town, a bus stop across the road linking to Exeter and a short distance to both Lympstone and Exmouth train stations.

We have a double driveway (plus free street parking), log burner, a garage and large garden with beautiful estuary views.

Downstairs there is a kitchen, dining room with sofa, living room, hallway and washing/utility space.

I live with my partner, we are laid back, enjoy sports and the outdoors and looking for a like-minded, sociable tenant for short-term let, we cannot extend this period so short term position only accepted.

It is important to us that we get the right person who respects the living space and is a good personality fit :)
