1930’s semi-detached house. Ideally located 3 mins walk to Exmouth town centre 5 mins to train station. Council tax band D . There is off street parking. Easy access to M5.
This is a ground floor room suitable for one person. The room is off the lounge which you can use with us if you so wish. There is a toilet bath/shower upstairs. Washing machine.
All bills included. There is fibre broadband .
We are a fairly quiet household (mother/daughter) that listens to all genres of music, craft, watch tv and walk the dog on the beach everyday and we also have two cats and they are an essential part of our family. Great if you love animals!
We are looking for a friendly, practical, and level headed FEMALE ideally
who can provide good references from previous lodgings and your current employer/lecturer.
There needs to be an understanding that due to shift work there will be times of unsocial sleeping will have to be taken into account.
Our home is our safe place and sanctuary it is not a show home and my priority is spending time outdoors with my dog/friends/family.
Being a pre war house there are current ongoing projects of redecoration that are being completed by myself .
Our home has been described as having a ‘warm/welcoming vibe’
We look forward to meeting you to see if we are the right bolt hole for you and equally if you’re the right person for our small tribe .
