Double room in a 2-bed flat in Exmouth, 10 minutes to sea and to town centre. Rent of £600 per month includes bills, council tax and wifi.

Room is furnished with a double bed (with storage underneath) and a few small bits of furniture. There's also a walk-in wardrobe (see photos) with it's own lighting and radiator (no idea why!).

Shared areas include the kitchen (table with seats and view), living room and bathroom. There's a shared garden (mostly a lawn with some shade), one parking space and there's also free on-street parking.

I've lived with lodgers (and been one) several times before. I'm active and easy-going and you might not see me that often.
