I have two rooms to rent to lodgers in an attractive detached new build house in the peaceful village of Halwill Junction.

Halwill Junction has good transport links to Bude in one direction, and Okehampton and Exeter in the other. The bus stops in either direction are just a few hundred meters away. There is plenty of off-road parking space at the front of the property.

The larger 11m2 double room is furnished with a standard size double bed, and features attractive views from the bedroom window to the garden and fields at the back of the house. There is a TV socket in the room, and wifi.

The house has ample parking at the front, and a large garden at the back with a patio area, plus a summerhouse which also features a large decked area. You would be welcome to use the summerhouse.

There is a large 35m2 living room, a living area with table and chairs and a spacious kitchen. All bills are included.
