Double Room Available For Respectful Housemate

This house is my safe space and I‘m looking for someone who appreciates that.

Available Immediately - couples welcomed but there will be an extra fee of £300 for two people. There is some storage space around the house if you have more stuff than would fit in your room.

Working professionals preferred.

I have a dog who is here most of the time and Matthew our housemate has two rabbits in the garden.

Your room will be furnished as the images show.

I am looking for a down to earth and honest person or people to join my respectful and slightly nerdy household.

You must clean up after yourself and be addiction free (drug and alcohol) I’m not super strict, just be easy to live with. i. e. empty the washing machine when done and wipe sides when you make a mess (normal considerate house sharing things)

I have a shared craft space, many books you can peruse, netflix and amazon prime on a 50 inch TV in the communal lounge.

The room has a relatively new small double bed and a comfortable mattress, large wardrobe, drawers and I can add a desk if you need one. There is also bedding you can use if required and a bedside table.

Smokers/vapers not a dealbreaker but you will need to smoke outside in the garden. (not by backdoor) Bring a dog/pets if you have one and it’s well behaved, quiet and ideally not going to scratch up or chew through furnishings.

Parking - Our parking spaces are currently full but there is often on road parking or just up the hill on millers way. Or you can rent half the double garage for £85 a month from the landlady whilst its available.

£650 is all inclusive for the room, bills and also includes loo roll and washing tabs for laundry.

The house isn’t show-home clean, it is loved and lived in.

We can play board games together and can be sociable but also respect each others space.

Honiton is a nice town with lots of locally owned shops and a train station only 10 mins walk from the house.

Exeter is a 20-30 minute drive depending on traffic and the beach is just 20mins away.
