Double Room Available in a New Build Apartment

A lovley double room is available for rent, located in a new apartment building in Honiton which is walking distance into town and the train station.

Room comes with a double bed, 2 bedside tables, wardrobe and a chest of draws. The main bathroom is located opposite the room which you will mostly have to yourself as I have an en suite so will really only be used by you and guests. Open plan kitchen/ living area. There is a private parking space available.
Fully equipped kitchen with washing machine, microwave and shared fridge and freezer.

You would be sharing the flat with me (29 year old female). So looking for a female tennant preferably but open if I find the right person.

I'm easy going and enjoy a chat. I like my flat to be kept clean and tidy so someone with those values would be great.

No smokers or vapers please. Also we would not be able to accept any pets.

Monthly rent includes all bills (inc Internet) except food.
