Available from January 2026, I have a spare double room available to let in my 3 bedroom detached home in Honiton. The house is 20 years old and is well insulated, spacious and comfortable with a garden to the rear and off road car parking at the front.

The room is suitable for either full week lodgers or weekday lodgers working away from home or looking for somewhere short term whilst relocating to the Exeter/Devon area.

The bedroom available has a double bed, bookcase, chest of drawers and wardrobe. There is a bathroom upstairs with a large bath/shower available for your sole use.

Downstairs there is a large open plan living/dining room and separate kitchen.

The house is within 10 minutes walk of Honiton town centre with its variety of shops, pubs and restaurants. The train station is just 7 minutes walk from the house. Honiton Leisure centre is a 5 minute car drive.

Rent is £700 pcm reducing to £500 pcm for a weekday only let. Bills are included, although a small contribution is required for council tax for a full week let (tax band D).
