The expansive shared kitchen is a cook's dream, stocked with an array of appliances and gadgets, as your host, Claire, is an enthusiastic cook.

All bills are covered: gas, electricity, water, council tax, TV licence, and internet.

Situated in the picturesque Torrs Park conservation area, the house is conveniently located with the South West Coastal Path just behind. It’s a short 10-minute stroll to the nearest beach and 5 minutes to the High Street and supermarket. Bus stops connecting to Barnstaple are just a 3-minute walk away.

Your host, Claire, fosters a friendly living environment. An NHS professional who enjoys sea swimming, yoga, and meditation, Claire often travels for work or leisure, ensuring a peaceful atmosphere on the top floor.

Please note that pets are not allowed, smoking is prohibited, employment is essential, and references are required.

Available from Sunday night to Friday morning. Rate quoted is for single occupancy. Please ask for revised rate for couples. A working from home supplement may apply.
