All bills are covered: gas, electricity, water, council tax, TV licence, and internet.

Situated in the picturesque Torrs Park conservation area, the house is conveniently located with the South West Coastal Path just behind. It’s a short 10-minute stroll to the nearest beach and 5 minutes to the High Street and supermarket. Bus stops connecting to Barnstaple are just a 3-minute walk away.

Your host, Claire, fosters a friendly living environment. An NHS professional who enjoys sea swimming, yoga, and meditation, Claire often travels for work or leisure, ensuring a peaceful atmosphere on the top floor.

Please note that pets are not allowed, smoking is prohibited, employment is essential, and references are required.

Experience a comfortable and private living space. The monthly rent of £650 (please ask for revised rate for couples) is for single occupancy. A working from home supplement may apply.
