All bills are covered: gas, electricity, water, council tax, TV license, and internet.

Situated in the picturesque Torrs Park conservation area, the house is conveniently located with the South West Coastal Path just behind. It’s a short 10-minute stroll to the nearest beach and a mere 5 minutes to the High Street and supermarket. Bus stops connecting to Barnstaple are just a 3-minute walk away.

Your host, Claire, fosters a friendly living environment. An NHS professional who enjoys sea swimming, yoga, and meditation, Claire often travels for work or leisure, ensuring a peaceful atmosphere on the top floor.

Please note that pets are not allowed, smoking is prohibited, employment is essential, and references are required.

Experience a comfortable and private living space in this beautifully renovated Victorian home. The monthly rent of £700 is for single occupancy, with double occupancy available upon request for a revised rate. A working from home supplement may apply.

Please be aware that the house is currently on the market, so rooms will be let on an initial 4-month basis, followed by a one-month rolling contract, requiring one month's notice from both parties.
