Single occupancy double room in friendly flat

This is a large, furnished double room in my two floor flat. There are fantastic sea views from the lounge and garden.
I currently live alone and work from home as a Counsellor which means clients sometimes come to the house, but I have a separate entrance upstairs for them. However, there are certain times when I ask you not to come upstairs to use the shower while I am working. Your room is downstairs along with the lounge, kitchen and garden and there is a downstairs toilet as well, so that is always available.
We are just a stone's throw from great wild swimming spots - 2 minutes walk - if that's your thing - it is mine! All of Ilfracombe's amenities are within easy walking distance.
There is free parking on the road outside although sometimes in summer you might have to drive a bit up the hill to get a spot.
I value diversity, anti racism and equal rights and want to live with someone who shares these values.
Unfortunately, due to the stairs and layout of the flat, this room is not suitable for anyone who needs to use a wheelchair.
We recycle and take care of our environment and would expect you to as well.
I don't mind if you smoke outside as long as you use the jars I will provide to put your butts in and keep the areas clean.
All bills and council tax are included.
