A large double room with private en-suite bathroom in a beautiful thatched country home near Axminster.

Set in approximately three acres of our own grounds, this is a peaceful and characterful home with plenty of off-road parking and lovely countryside surroundings.

The room is exceptionally spacious and there is also plenty of storage.

You would be sharing our home with me and my two children — one is 18 and working, and the other is 15 and currently studying for GCSEs. We are a friendly, professional household and are looking for someone who would enjoy becoming part of a relaxed family home while also having their own space and privacy.

This isn’t a conventional house share — it’s a large, comfortable country home in a beautiful rural setting. A car is essential as we are in a small village, although Axminster is only a short drive away.

£650 per month for one person, including bills. Couples considered at an additional cost.
