The house is located in a very quiet, rural location. The room to rent is approximately 5.5m x 3.85 in size and has a newly fitted shower ensuite and walk in wardrobe. A double bed, mattress and bed side tables and side board can be supplied. The room has its own private access via a door off a large patio area which the occupant can have use of. Shared use of the kitchen and utility room is also permitted.

I am a single woman and have my children (aged 13 and 16) to stay every other week. I also have two very friendly working cocker spaniel dogs. I work from home some of the time and can be away 1-2 nights per week. The house is very peaceful and quiet and the room would suit someone who also appreciates and wants this.

Council tax is not included, lodgers share will be approximately £100pm.

Must be clean and tidy.
