Lovely room available for female cat lover

Hello.
I am looking to rent my lovely spare room to someone who is a working person and loves cats.
I have one cat now.
The house is a great home and I would love someone to share the space with me.
I also like my own space and peace and quiet.
My home is what it is and can’t be changed!! Someone will have to fit in with that.
I live near the town centre where all the amenities are accessible.
There is residential parking but a car park is at the bottom of the street.
The room is a double, furnished.
Sharing bathroom, living room, kitchen and garden with myself.
Lastly I have a cat but he just likes his space!
So you will need to be a cat lover.
