Short term room to let. FEMALE only.

I am looking to rent my spare room to someone on a short let basis.
The house is a great home, quiet and relaxed.
I live near the town centre where all the amenities are accessible.
The street is residential parking but there is a car park is at the bottom of the street.
The room is a double, furnished.
Sharing bathroom, living room, kitchen and garden with myself.
Lastly I have a cat but he just likes his space!
So you will need to be a cat lover.
